Petriot Nergoni

Italian aperitive of Bela krajina (White carniola)

A classic Belle Époque cocktail of count Camille Negroni in a lighter version with less bitterness. Taste: Bitter, intense

Ingredients

Preparation

Garnish:

  • slice of fresh orange (we advise against lemon)

Procedure:

Add a few cubes of ice in the glass, pour Petriot Green George gin, Martini Rosso, Aperol and Campari over the ice. Mix altogether with bar spoon to become watery enough and in the end add a slice of fresh orange for decoration. If you wish to emphasize the bitterness, we recommend switching Aperol with Campari, that is, add 30ml of Campari.
