{"id":5356,"date":"2023-04-20T07:42:01","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T05:42:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/petriotgin.com\/vrste-gina\/"},"modified":"2024-05-04T20:49:15","modified_gmt":"2024-05-04T18:49:15","slug":"tipovi-dzina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/petriotgin.com\/hr\/tipovi-dzina\/","title":{"rendered":"Tipovi d\u017eina"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ljubitelji gina se vjerojatno ponekad (posebno nakon tre\u0107e \u010da\u0161e va\u0161eg omiljenog gina :)) zapitaju: &#8220;\u0160to zapravo je gin?&#8221; Sigurno ste ve\u0107 \u010duli da je gin samo neutralni alkohol (votka) s okusom borovice. Me\u0111utim, to nije tako jednostavno. Gin i votka izra\u0111eni su od neutralnih \u017eitnih alkoholnih pi\u0107a (kao \u0161to su ra\u017e, je\u010dam, p\u0161enica, kukuruz), ali se gin, \u010dija je osnovna komponenta borovica, dodatno infuzira s raznim biljem, korijenjem, citrusima i \u010desto se ponovno destilira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako mo\u017eete piti gin i okusiti borovicu. Nasuprot tome, votka se destilira toliko dugo da se osje\u0107aju samo arome \u017eita od kojeg je napravljena. Na temelju toga bismo mogli tvrditi da je gin zapravo votka s okusom bilja, ali gin je ipak potpuno druga\u010dije pi\u0107e. I kada je rije\u010d o gingu, ukusan, savr\u0161en gin, postoje vrlo specifi\u010dne vrste gina koje imaju izra\u017eene karakteristike i okus. Posebno u posljednjih deset godina, kada je gin postao jedno od najpopularnijih destiliranih pi\u0107a, mo\u017eemo birati izme\u0111u beskona\u010dnih vrsta i okusa gina. Odabir mo\u017ee biti ponekad te\u017eak, ali je lak\u0161e ako znamo barem osnovne karakteristike nekih vrsta. U nastavku vam predstavljamo neke od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-spisak-tipova-dzina\">Spisak tipova d\u017eina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#h-klasicen-gin-london-dry\">Klasi\u010dni d\u017ein (London Dry Gin)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-signature-botanical-gin\">Signature Botanical Gin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-old-tom\">Old Tom<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-genever\">Genever<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-aromatiziran-gin-flavored-gin\">Aromatiziran d\u017ein\/Flavored Gin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-cordial-gin\">Cordial Gin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-moderen-gin-contemporary-gin-american-gin-new-western-gin\">Moderni d\u017ein\/Contemporary Gin\/American Gin\/New Western Gin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-sestavljen-gin-compound-gin\">Sestavljeni d\u017ein\/Compound Gin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-sestavljen-gin-compound-gin\">Starani d\u017ein\/Aged Gin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#h-bathtub-gin\">Bathtub d\u017ein<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-klasicni-gin-london-dry-gin\">Klasi\u010dni gin &#8211; (London Dry Gin)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Klasi\u010dni gin je najtipi\u010dniji primjer vrste gina. Ako u baru naru\u010dite gin-tonik, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e \u0107e vam poslu\u017eiti tonik s klasi\u010dnim ginom, vjerojatno izra\u0111enim po postupku London Dry. Kod ovog gina sigurno \u0107ete osjetiti borovicu, budu\u0107i da je ona dominantna komponenta. Neki klasi\u010dni gini imaju osvje\u017eavaju\u0107i dodir citrusa, jer im prije destilacije dodaju svje\u017eu ili su\u0161enu koricu citrusa. Izraz &#8220;London dry gin&#8221; zna\u010di da nakon destilacije ginu ne dodaju ni\u0161ta osim destilirane vode. Svi okusi dobiveni su na temelju recepture (bilje, za\u010dini, citrusi) koja se dodaje prije destilacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-signature-botanical-gin\">Signature Botanical Gin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zna\u010dajna karakteristika botani\u010dkog gina je da se proizvodi isklju\u010divo destilacijom i fokusira se uglavnom na poseban okus bilja i za\u010dina, pri \u010demu borovica ne igra najva\u017eniju ulogu u okusu. Okus ovog gina posebno je i jasno ozna\u010den na etiketi. Za razliku od vo\u0107nih i aromatiziranih ginova, ovaj okus rezultat je destilacije i nije dodan maceracijom nakon destilacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-old-tom\">Old Tom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Old Tom gin je prvobitno bio poznat kao bathtub gin, budu\u0107i da se proizvodio kod ku\u0107e. Po\u010detno je bio gin ni\u017ee kvalitete i imao je pretjerano sladak okus, jer su nakon destilacije dodavali slatki korijen i sladila. Time su \u017eeljeli prikriti sna\u017ean okus &#8220;lo\u0161eg&#8221; alkohola. Danas je to vrlo popularan i kvalitetan gin. Bilje i sladila dodaju se i nakon destilacije. Ovaj gin ima intenzivan okus bilja i za\u010dina, zbog \u010dega dolazi do izra\u017eaja u gorkim mje\u0161avinama. Neki Old Tom gini su odle\u017eani u drvenim ba\u010dvama, neki su \u010disti, dok drugi slade dodanim \u0161e\u0107erima ili biljnim dodacima, tako da svaki brand dodaje svoj pe\u010dat i karakter ovom povijesnom ginu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-genever\">Genever<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Genever gin potje\u010de iz 16. stolje\u0107a, po\u010deo se proizvoditi u Nizozemskoj (geografsko podrijetlo &#8211; Nizozemska i Belgija). Ova vrsta gina postavila je temelje dana\u0161njem ginu. Genever gin izra\u0111uje se na osnovi pripremljenog slada \u017eitarica (klijanje, a zatim proces zaustavljaju) i drobljenja, aromatiziran brinom i drugim biljem i za\u010dinima. Zatim slijede fermentacija i destilacija. Kod ove vrste gina okus brina nije dominantan, ali zbog razli\u010ditih za\u010dina (npr. klin\u010di\u0107a, kumina, \u0111umbira) koje dodaju, u genever ginu mo\u017eete osjetiti zemaljske note. Najbolje je u koktelima s slatkim vermutom ili pomije\u0161an s malo gor\u010dine i dodatkom \u0161e\u0107era kao u koktelu Old Fashioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aromatizirani-gin-flavored-gin\">Aromatizirani gin &#8211; Flavored Gin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aromatizirani gin dijelimo u dvije kategorije. Prva su gini kojima karakteristi\u010dne za\u010dine i bilje dodaju nakon destilacije, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e postupkom maceracije. To bilje i za\u010dini boje gin i daju mu karakteristi\u010dnu nijansu odre\u0111enog za\u010dina ili bilja (kao \u0161to je u slu\u010daju bathtub gina). Druga vrsta je suvremeni ili moderni stil gina, gdje je va\u017eno koja za\u010dina ili bilje prevladava i daje ginu odre\u0111eni okus. Aromatizirani gini imaju vi\u0161e od 37,5 postotka alkohola i zasla\u0111eni su ograni\u010denom koli\u010dinom prirodnih ili umjetnih zasla\u0111iva\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cordial-gin\">Cordial Gin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukratko, prirodno aromatizirani gin s zasla\u0111iva\u010dem i ni\u017eim udjelom alkohola, ili jednostavno re\u010deno &#8211; gin liker. Najpoznatiji predstavnik ove skupine je liker s plodovima crnog trna (Sloe gin). Plodovi crnog trna i \u0161e\u0107er ostavljaju se da odstoje u staklenim posudama otprilike tri mjeseca. Plodovi crnog trna daju ovom ginu izrazito tamnocrvenu boju. Kona\u010dni proizvod ima oko 25\u201330 posto alkohola, \u0161to je ispod granice definicije alkoholnog udjela samog gina prema na\u0161em zakonodavstvu, koje iznosi barem 37,5 posto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-moderni-gin-contemporary-gin-american-gin-new-western-gin\">Moderni gin &#8211; Contemporary Gin &#8211; American Gin &#8211; New Western Gin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova vrsta gina ima vi\u0161e razli\u010ditih imena &#8211; od modernog, suvremenog, zapadnog gina do ameri\u010dkog gina. Posebnost ovog gina je \u0161to, iako sadr\u017ei borovice, njegov izvorni okus dolazi iz drugih za\u010dina i biljaka. \u010cesto su to neobi\u010dni za\u010dini i biljke, poput morskih algi, limunske trave, maslina. Te mu dodaju jedinstven i aromati\u010dan okus. Prvotno je termin &#8220;New American&#8221; ozna\u010davao gin koji je nastao u doba prohibicije, kada su krijum\u010dari aromatizirali neutralni \u017eitni alkohol s razli\u010ditim stvarima, kao \u0161to su borovo ulje i smola drveta, te ga potom prodavali kao &#8220;New American&#8221; ili bathtub gin. Danas je to marketin\u0161ki izraz za ginove koji se razlikuju od tradicionalnih ginova i svojim okusima pomjeraju granice poznatog. Za postizanje \u017eeljenog okusa kod ove vrste gina nema pravila &#8211; mogu se koristiti razli\u010dite metode destilacije, udio alkohola je razli\u010dit (ali barem 37,5 posto), mogu se dodavati razli\u010diti okusi i sastojci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sestavljeni-gin-compound-gin\">Sestavljeni gin &#8211; Compound Gin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovoj vrsti gina, aromu borovice i eteri\u010dna ulja dodaju se u neutralni alkohol. Ova vrsta gina je laka za izradu i jeftina metoda, zbog \u010dega je gin ni\u017eeg kvaliteta. Ve\u0107ina gina masovne proizvodnje proizvodi se na ovaj na\u010din. Ovaj tip gina tako\u0111er je najlak\u0161e napraviti kod ku\u0107e, jer ne zahtijeva aparate za destilaciju. Kvaliteta mo\u017eda ne\u0107e biti vrhunska, ali \u0107ete zasigurno u\u017eivati u pripremi ovog pi\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-starani-gin-aged-gin\">Starani gin &#8211; Aged Gin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebnost staranog gina je da nakon destilacije alkoholna pi\u0107a &#8220;odmara&#8221; u drvenim ba\u010dvama. Staranje gina u drvenim ba\u010dvama nije nova metoda, ve\u0107 je to ponovno otkriveni trend. Staranjem gin mijenja okus i dobiva nove i neo\u010dekivane arome. Kao i druga starana alkoholna pi\u0107a, gin tako\u0111er apsorbira note drvenih ba\u010dvi i ima bla\u017ei okus, te mu se mijenja boja. Neki smatraju ovu vrstu gina privla\u010dnom, dok drugi misle da je to samo novi na\u010din podizanja cijena. Bez obzira na osobna mi\u0161ljenja, starani gin svakako donosi nove okuse i varijante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bathtub-gzin\">Bathtub g\u017ein<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a style=\"font-size: revert; display: inline !important;\" href=\"https:\/\/petriotgin.com\/hr\/bathtub\/\">Bathtub gin<\/a> je vrsta gina koju mo\u017eemo proizvoditi kod ku\u0107e jer ne zahtijeva destilacijsku opremu. Razvio se i pro\u0161irio tijekom prohibicije. Smatran je \u0161vercerskim pi\u0107em i bio je lo\u0161e kvalitete, ali je ostao popularan zbog dostupnosti. Kvaliteta bathtub gina se podigla na potpuno novu razinu. Danas se izraz &#8220;bathtub gin&#8221; odnosi na gin koji je napravljen s kvalitetnim alkoholom. Budu\u0107i da se ne koristi destilacija, ovaj tip gina obojan je prirodnom bojom biljaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-koji-dzin-je-najbolji\">Koji d\u017ein je najbolji?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Odgovor na to pitanje potpuno ovisi o vama i va\u0161im preferencijama. \u017delite li ga piti \u010distog ili ga koristiti u koktelima? Ako ga koristite u koktelima, koji to\u010dno? Preferirate li sna\u017ean okus brina ili ne? Preferirate li slatke note ili gorke? Svaka vrsta i \u010dak svaki proizvod je druga\u010diji.
