PETRIOT BEE’S KNEES

A wonderful mixture with just the right balance between sweetness and sourness. taste: sweet and sour.
- 50 ml Petriot gin Green George
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml linden honey syrup (dissolve linden honey in hot water in a ratio 2:1)
- Some salt crystals

First make honey syrup. Combine linden honey and water in a ratio of 2 : 1 in a cup on the stove and let it cool off. Liquid honey mixes with other ingredients easier. Put Petriot Green George gin, fresh lemon juice, cold honey syrup and some salt crystals and lots of ice cubes in a mixer and stir well. Strain the mixture twice in a cool martini glass and perfume it with lemon that will also be used as garnish.
